Mr. Howell is a Flight Systems Integration Engineer in the Research Services Directorate at the NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. He is responsible for integrating and flight testing a variety of research experiments in NASA Langley aircraft. Most of the research projects are related to aeronautics, atmospheric science, and flight safety. Mr. Howell received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee.
