David Lau

David Lau

David graduated from St. Johns Military Academy and from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in bacteriology.  He is the former president of Aunt Nellie’s Farm Kitchens Inc. and Ehmann Olive Company.  He is presently chairman of the board of Specialty Ingredients LLC.

An avid pilot, David owns a Socata TBM 700, Meyers OTW, North American T-6, and J-3 Cub.  He is a member of Warbirds of America, Vintage Aircraft Association, National Aeronautic Association, Commemorative Air Force, Midwest Antique Aircraft Club, OX-5 Aviation Pioneers, North American Trainer Association, Friends of Meigs Field, Mosquito Association, 8th Air Force Historical Society, and TBM Owners Group and is a former board member of Milwaukee Armed Forces Association. 

He has flown medical flights for Air Life Line (now Angel Flight) and has flown more than 200 Young Eagles.  He’s a member of EAA’s President’s Circle.
