Mr. Viken is a research scientist in the Aeronautical Systems Analysis Branch at NASA Langley. Mr. Viken has over 35 years experience as an aeronautical engineer. His duties have included laminar flow airfoil and wing design, supersonic laminar flow flight testing and wind tunnel test engineer. He currently serves as the Wing IPT lead for the NASA X-57 Maxwell project coordinating the aerodynamic, structural, and aeroelastic design activities of the X-57 wing.
