Larry Lyman began his aviation career as an Air Operations Specialist in the Air Force in 1971. Selected as a start-up faculty for the MARC program (MN ATC Training Center) in 1990, Larry helped rewrite the National ATC Training Program model. Larry is a retired ATC from Waterloo, IA. This certified Toastmaster is active in his community of Winona, MN, owns the Lessons in Leadership Company and is nationally recognized in sales and advertising sales.
