Phil Perry

Phil Perry, EAA Lifetime 834264, is the current President of EAA Chapter 59 near Waco Texas. He is a former President of EAA Chapter 12 in Houston Texas. He is an Instrument Rated Private Pilot and holds and Advanced Ground Instructor Rating. He has built, and currently flys, a Van’s RV-10 aircraft. He also founded the Heart of Texas Aviation Academy that bridges local youth with local aviation resources through EAA Chapter 59.

Phil is a veteran of the United States Air Force and has retired from a 20+ year career in the corporate world. His professional career was anchored in high technology and he held a number of roles as a Business Development Executive, Global Account Manager, and Sr. Systems Engineer.

Phil is passionate about utilizing his leadership background in business development to coach other EAA Chapters to dream big in their mission, fund raising, and outreach.
