Phillip is founder and CEO of Lockwood Aviation Supply the number one Rotax Aircraft Engine Service Center in the Americas. Phillip is known as the designer of the AirCam twin engine camera plane. He has dedicated much of his time during the past 30 years to developing and teaching maintenance techniques for Rotax Aircraft engines.
