Sathya Silva is a Senior Human Performance Investigator at the National Transportation Safety Board in the Office of Aviation Safety. She holds a Ph.D. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT with a focus in human factors. She has worked with various aerospace organizations throughout her career including NASA, Boeing, and the FAA. Sathya is also a pilot and flight instructor.
