Timothy Burtch has been an airplane performance investigator with the NTSB for 16 years. Before joining the NTSB, Tim worked for McDonnell Douglas, Lockheed Martin, and Rockwell Collins on a variety of commercial and military flight test programs. He holds degrees in Aeronautical Engineering from Georgia Tech and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is an instrument-rated aircraft owner.
