The Gathering 2018 – Honoring EAA’s Finest

July 5, 2018 - For one night a year the aviation community comes together to celebrate and honor its own during at The Gathering during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. This spectacular evening recognizes the importance of personal aviation and celebrates the people who make it happen, all while raising funds to support EAA’s educational programs.  

The special honorees at this year’s Gathering include James C. Ray, Clay Lacy, and Dave Lau. Each has given his time, talents, and charitable support to launch and sustain some of EAA’s most noted programs. Their legacies include the EAA Air Academy, Professional Pilot Scholarship program, and Young Eagles. We invite you to join us in celebrating these gentlemen and to begin or continue your support of EAA’s vital education, safety and outreach programs through The Gathering. Make it your finest hour.
