1. What is Hops & Props?

Hops & Props is a celebration of craft brews, great food, and entertainment in our world-class museum! We’ve been doing this for 14 years and are proud to say that our event just keeps getting bigger and better. 

2. Where and when is it?

Hops & Props is held annually in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, at the EAA Aviation Museum on the first Saturday in March. This year, our VIP Dinner begins at 4:30 p.m. and the general admission event begins at 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2019.



3. How much are tickets?

Advanced Purchase

$65 – Pint (General Admission Member) 
$75 – Taster (General Admission Nonmember) 

$115 – Barrel (VIP Dinner Member) 
$125 – Growler (VIP Dinner Nonmember)

4. How do I become an EAA Member?

We try to make it as easy as possible to become an EAA member. Visit our membership page for more information.

5. Are there cabs available?

Yes! Cabs and Uber rides are available at this location. The end of the night tends to get busy, so we recommend scheduling your ride ahead of time and carpooling. Don’t forget about shuttle services with local hotels as well!

6. What about parking?

Parking is available at the museum at no charge. Parking is allowed overnight.

8. Will there be food?

Absolutely! We serve heavy hors d’oeuvres at multiple food stations throughout the course of the night. We want to make sure you have a good time and you don’t leave hungry. Check out our food page for more details.

9. Can I bring my own beer?

Bringing alcoholic beverages to our event would violate our permit. Please don’t do this.

10. What can/can’t I bring to the event?

Can: Water bottles (unopened), small purses, camera.
Can't: Children, pets, large purses, backpacks, bottles, cans, alcohol.

Please note that all large bags are subject to search by our security staff.

11. Can I smoke at this event?

Smoking is permitted on our smoking patio off of the Eagle Hangar.

12. Will there be Hops & Props merchandise available?

Yes! We’ll have a table full of goodies with everything from bottle openers to T-shirts. Check it out in our SpaceShipOne area.

13. What else is there to do?

You mean besides unlimited samples of food and beverages? We’ll have three different bands performing all night and you can enjoy the aircraft and exhibits of a world class museum!

14. Lost and found

If you lose something, please ask a staff member to direct you to our lost and found area (the EAA AirVenture Museum Gift Shop). After the event, please contact Chris at cfarrell@EAA.org with a description of your item to see if we have it in our possession.
