What is EAA First Wing?

A planned gift to EAA Aviation Foundation is a great way to provide valuable and perpetual support to the association. Those who notify EAA Aviation Foundation of their intention of leaving a gift of at least $10,000 from their estate to the association become eligible for recognition as a member of the EAA First Wing Society.

Those who give $20,000 or more can create a named fund within the EAA Aviation Foundation where distributions from the fund will always bear the name of the donor. This is a great way to create a family legacy or to honor someone.

Why Contribute to First Wing?

EAA members who want to help preserve a heritage of aviation often choose to make a commitment to the EAA Aviation Foundation through current giving or through an estate gift. Established in 1962, the foundation's sole purpose is to provide support to further the association's mission; to grow participation in aviation. The foundation continues to remain a strong partner and transformational gifts will ensure the on-going success of EAA and the programs and individuals directly impacted by it.
