When the doors of the EAA Education Center opened to our first guests in July 2022, it was the culmination of a dream. Finally, under one roof, there was an opportunity to offer year-round STEM educational experiences to our youth, as well as the much anticipated educational spaces for adults, including state-of-the-art Redbird flight simulators and a training facility for increased pilot safety.
We came to you earlier this year and asked for your help to close the books on the Project 21 capital campaign. In the months since, we received exciting news: The Ray Foundation is issuing a $600,000 challenge to match your gift for education programs at EAA!
As a team, we overcame great obstacles to build the EAA Education Center during some of the most challenging years in recent memory. Together with the Ray Foundation, we can now completely close the hangar doors on our project.
