Honeywell Supporting Express Arrival Program at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2024

Honeywell is supporting the increasingly popular Express Arrival program for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, helping EAA members and their guests with pre-purchased admission move through the admission gates faster. EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2024 is July 22-28 at Wittman Regional Airport.

Express Arrival allows those EAA members who purchase AirVenture admissions and camping credentials in advance to receive those admissions in advance and avoid the primary lines as they arrive. The program was created in 2021 as a post-pandemic solution to social distancing requirements but has remained in place because of the option’s growing popularity.

“Honeywell’s support is making it easier for our members and their guests to get to the flightline or their camping locations faster when they get to Oshkosh,” said Ren Scott, EAA’s director of business development. “With all the great things to see at Oshkosh, the less time spent in line, the better.”

Express Arrival is exclusively available to U.S. EAA members who hold valid memberships through at least July 28, 2024. Passes must be ordered by June 15, 2024, to qualify and free shipping is included. Those who bring carry-in bags to the admission gates are still subject to security screening, even with Express Arrival.

With drive-in camping credentials, arrivals at Camp Scholler on July 17-21 – prior to opening day – will be directed to Express Arrival gates, with no need to leave their vehicles to validate their camping credentials. They can then proceed immediately to a campsite.

“We are pleased to sponsor Express Arrival and to support EAA in their mission of inspiring and educating aviation enthusiasts. AirVenture is a gathering of family and friends from around the globe and a celebration of the passion, innovation, and diversity that make aviation such a glorious industry,” said Andrew Barker, vice president and general manager for Honeywell Integrated Avionics. “We look forward to continuing our partnership with EAA and showcasing the latest Honeywell Aerospace technologies and solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and performance for pilots and operators around the world.”
