Canadian Countdown to AirVenture 2023

April 2023 –

As spring emerges across Canada, so does the realization that we’re there are less than 4 months until AirVenture 2023. Yikes! Where is the time going?

Each month I’ve mentioned a number of the initiatives that we have planned for Canadians at AirVenture. Our Little Canada camping area is two-thirds full with committed campers. Please note that a spot will ONLY be held for you once you have provided to Phil proof of camping fees paid. We have received many emails expressing interest to join the camping area, but then....crickets. If you’ve changed your mind or are undecided, that’s fine, but to be clear, a spot is not being held for you. To confirm your spot, email Phil at: chapters.eaacc@gmail.com.

If you’d like to get involved by offering to volunteer a minimum of a half day at the new Canadian Pavilion, we’re looking for you! Now is the time to come forward as we are filling in the slots in our schedule. A lunch is provided on the day you volunteer, as well as a T-shirt. Please email chair.eaacc@gmail.com.

We have a limited number of booths that are available for Canadian aviation businesses and organizations, to be located in the Canadian Pavilion. If you are interested in having a booth, or know of a business that I should contact, please let me know.

Lastly, we’ve had some great offers to make presentations at AirVenture. We do have a few more spots left, so if you will be there, and have a subject to present, consider sharing it with attendees of the greatest show on Earth!
