Parking is available at either the EAA Aviation Museum or the Brown Lot (grassy area across the frontage road, west of the museum entrance.)Arrival

Guests that have entered the required information into the event portal prior to arrival will receive an eTicket, which gets scanned at the door for entry into the event. This new feature will greatly decrease the check-in time as long as all required information has been entered. Visit the FAQ section for more details about how ticket purchases and Express Check-In work.
Bid on auctions or make a donation with your mobile device.
Simply charge your phone and ensure your information is correctly entered into the mobile bidding system, for access to bid right from your phone.
Biding assistants will be there to guide you through registering, bidding, and donating all from your mobile device.
If you would rather not raise your bid paddle during the special giving portion of the evening, simply enter your pledge via your mobile device.
