Revised Young Eagles Registration Form

September 2021 –EAA recently issued a new version of the Young Eagles registration form. This new version, which was released in June 2021, only includes the single-sheet, two-sided form that is filled out and signed by the pilot and the parent/guardian of the Young Eagle. It does not include the tri-fold booklet that explains the Young Eagles experience, which will instead be released as a separate item that can be ordered with your Young Eagles supplies.

The new registration form also no longer includes the Photo and Image Release section. Instead, we will issue a separate Photo and Image Release form that chapters can use. Aside from these changes, the registration form remains the same and retains a similar appearance and layout.

EAA is sending 100 copies of the new Young Eagles forms to every Young Eagles chapter coordinator to use for their upcoming flights. The new forms are also available to order from EAA. We will continue to accept the old version of the Young Eagles form through December 31, 2021.
