Herry Riggs

The EAA Legal Advisory Council is a group of attorneys who dedicate their practice to aviation law, including accident litigation, buying and selling aircraft, representing parties in FAA enforcement actions, legal matters pertaining to FAA rulemaking, regulatory compliance, product liability, and other matters pertaining to the field of aviation law. The Legal Advisory Council was organized in 1988, to help provide EAA Headquarters with the best possible information on important regulatory issues that often require their particular expertise. The council members also are available to EAA members on a volunteer basis.
