"Paul Royko joined Shell in 1997. He held several technical roles in the industrial lubricants segment, before joining the aviation lubricants team in 1999. Paul’s current position is US Technical and Business Development Manager for AeroShell piston engine oils. With years of experience in aviation research and development for AeroShell, Paul and his team are constantly working to create lubricants that can improve piston engine performance and make aircraft maintenance easier for pilots and mechanics. It is his experience, dedication and extensive knowledge of aircraft that help to make AeroShell lubricants so successful. Known throughout the aviation industry as the ""Shell Aviation Guru"" for Piston Engine Oils (PEO), you can certainly catch Paul traveling around the globe conducting technical training. In the US, Paul presents recurring FAA education seminars for mechanics and pilots alike. He is also a former FAA Safety Counselor. Paul currently resides in Tennessee with his wife and two sons.  "
