Pete Agur

Pete Agur is the Chairman and Founder of VanAllen—a business aviation consulting firm. Pete has an MBA, BS in Aeronautical Sciences, ATP fixed wing, commercial helicopter, private glider ratings, and is an FAA Gold Seal flight instructor. He is the recipient of the NBAA’s Jack Doswell Life-time Achievement Award, the Flight Safety Foundation's Meritorious Service Award, the Bronze Star, and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry. Pete established the Executive-in-Residence role at Embry-Riddle University’s O’Maley College of Business and has written over 100 articles published in FORTUNE and various aviation magazines. During his flying career Pete has flown more than 80 different kinds of aircraft as a combat military aviator, instructor, factory demonstration & production test pilot, and aircraft owner.
