Chief of Space Projects and Partnerships at Armstrong Flight Research Center. Directs the work of a wide range of unique, prototype projects and supports industry and other government agencies with their flight research needs. Tony began flying at age 14, built & still flies an experimental airplane and has been a long time EAA member.
