F/O Costas Sivyllis (United) is the Education Committee Chair at ALPA overseeing a program of nearly 2,000 volunteers working to promote the profession and mentor aspiring aviators. He is a member of the Industry Advisory Board at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he earned bachelor’s degrees in Aeronautical Science and minor in Business. He flies the B-757/767 and is a CFI, CFII, MEI, IGI, and AGI. He resides in Florida, where he is active in the GA community.
