Mel Futrell

Mel Futrell is an instrument-rated pilot and former research technician in the FAA's Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI) Human Factors Research Laboratory, currently subcontracting through Purdue University with PEGASAS. Mel is also an instructor in the Pilot Training program at Glendale Community College (GCC) in Glendale, CA, teaching courses in human factors and communications/regulations. She also serves as Director of Operations and Technical Editor for Pilot Getaways.
