EAA AVIATION CENTER, OSHKOSH, Wisconsin — (April 5, 2023) — EAA is giving history enthusiasts an opportunity to fly in a World War II bomber throughout 2023. The North American B-25 Mitchell Berlin Express will embark on a tour across the United States with stops already scheduled in eight different states.

The first stop on the schedule is in Madison, Wisconsin, from June 2-4. Some other stops already confirmed include Terre Haute, Indiana, from June 16-18 and Ankeny, Iowa, from July 14-16. The aircraft will also be in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, for the entire week of EAA AirVenture, July 24-30, allowing attendees to see the world’s largest fly-in from a different perspective. More stops will be added to the schedule online as they are finalized.

Tickets aboard the Berlin Express are $425 for adult EAA members, and $475 for adult nonmembers. Once in the air, passengers are allowed to freely move about and explore the various compartments of the aircraft. Each flight experience is approximately one hour, including briefing, debriefing, and about 18 minutes of flight time.
