Host a Flying Start Event on May 16!

March 2020 - Mark your calendars! EAA's Learn to Fly Day is expected to be held on Saturday, May 16, and this year we are encouraging all chapters to get involved by hosting a Flying Start event. The Flying Start program provides chapters with a perfect opportunity to reach out to the local community and bring those interested in aviation to the airport to show them firsthand how accessible and enjoyable general aviation can be.

Chapters that host a Flying Start event on EAA Learn to Fly Day — or any week in May 2020 — will receive two free weekly passes for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2020, to be used as a fundraiser or to give to a deserving chapter volunteer.
