EAA Chapter 431 VMC/IMC club, meeting Thursday May 5 at 6:00 p.m. Organized "hangar flying" focused on building proficiency and practical knowledge in Visual and instrument operations. These are scenario based training programs where one of our Chapters own CFI’s will present a scenario and lead a discussion on how you would/should handle it. Membership in the club is free and FAA FAAST program will award Wings credits to attendees
