Happy New Year to all our readers but especially to those of you who have contributed articles throughout the year. I would not want to single out any specific authors; you all have inestimable value to our subscribers, but I'm sure you all have your favourites. Please keep sending those articles.  The start of a new year might be a good time to start planning for new articles.

I would specifically ask the chapter presidents (yes, you) to appoint someone in your chapter to send me at least one article every year. Other chapters love to hear what you're up to, and it might also encourage some new members to join your chapter.
