Since age 3, Ron Blum has been an aviation geek. A pilot w/glider rating and BS Aeronautical/Aerospace Engrg. First “real” job here at EAA on autofuel STCs, then original drawings on Pober “Junior” and “Super Aces”. Has since supervised/created Flight Test and Aerodynamics departments at Cessna, Honda, Beech & Kestrel before being Chief Engineer for Mooney’s M10. He is now founder of Blue On Top, LLC, providing consulting and DER services.
