Air Traffic Control Safety Resources for Pilots
National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) is a labor union and aviation safety organization in the United States that represents nearly 20,000 highly-skilled air traffic controllers, engineers, and other aviation safety-related professionals. These critical safety professionals make modern life possible by coordinating the orderly and expeditious movement of nearly one billion aviation passengers and millions of tons of freight within the national airspace system annually.
NATCA is excited to partner with EAA to enhance general aviation safety. Our goal, in collaboration with EAA, is to build the knowledge base of both pilots and controllers to enhance the understanding of our respective positions. Check back here regularly for new content for pilots to take full advantage of operating in the air traffic system safely.
