Coming to AirVenture 2027
Because of visionary supporters like you, EAA is ready to take the next bold step in inspiring future generations of aviators at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2027.
EAA Discovery Park at AirVenture expands upon the current KidVenture aviation experience. We’re expanding our capacity to match the increasing opportunities to impact more youths who come to AirVenture.
We are building new structures and programming for all ages — tots to teens — and increasing the breadth of engagement through more forums and workshops. Discovery Park will be a dynamic destination for youth and families — located within the AirVenture grounds near the Blue Barn.
Why Discovery Park Matters
Each year, more than 20,000 young people experience hands-on aviation through KidVenture — powered by volunteers and donors like you.
But today’s reality is clear:
- The program has outgrown its space.
- Families face barriers to access.
- Teens lack meaningful engagement at a critical age.
Discovery Park is a once-in-a-generation solution — a purpose-built campus that removes those barriers and builds a complete pathway from first inspiration to lifelong engagement.
What Your Generosity Creates
A fully integrated AirVenture youth aviation campus that builds upon EAA’s existing youth education ecosystem.
- Expanded KidVenture (Ages 5-12)
A purpose-built facility nearly doubling programming capacity and deepening hands-on exploration.
- TeenVenture (Ages 13-18)
A dedicated environment where teens design, build, and engage alongside mentors — bridging the critical gap between curiosity and career.
- Family & Community Spaces
Interactive play areas for families of newborns, toddlers, and up to teens. This area is a shaded gathering space for families to stay, connect, refresh themselves, and relax.

Donors of $5,000 will receive a commemorative B-17 poster with a piece of Aluminum Overcast’s wing skin*
Donors of $500 will receive name recognition on a 500-lb bomb, carried in Aluminum Overcast’s bomb bay*
Donors of $50 will receive name recognition on the Touring Wall of Honor*

Founder’s Wing Donation
Donors of $1,000 and above will be invited to place a brick on the Founder’s Wing Wall
Donors of $500 will be recognized in the Founder’s Wing Log Book and receive a Founder’s Wing patch
Donors of $10 and above will be acknowledged in the Founder’s Wing Log Book
