Raise Money and Gather in Camp Scholler During AirVenture

May 2018 - EAA members camping in Camp Scholler during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh now have a place to call home. The new Camp Scholler Chapters Pavilion gives a place for chapters to meet for events day and night for private chapter events and pancake breakfast fundraisers open to the public. The pavilion is in a premium location adjacent to Paul’s Woods, directly across from AeroMart.

A chapter does not need to participate in chapter group camping to use the pavilion. For private social events, simply reserve the pavilion for a chapter cookout, a night air show viewing party, a members gathering, or a meet-and-greet of chapters from your state or local region to get to know each other.

EAA will provide a gas grill and a gas griddle for cooking use, picnic tables, and a fire pit for evening campfires.

In addition to hosting private events, chapters will have the opportunity to host a pancake breakfast fundraiser. Your chapter members will provide the workforce, and EAA will provide the supplies. All proceeds from the event will go back to the hosting chapter.
