Chapter Renewal Is Imminent!

October 2020 – November signals the end of the year for many chapters, with elections and year-end events right around the corner. It also means that it is time for chapter renewal again. The online renewal will be sent via email to all four chapter officers, but only one officer must complete the renewal.

This year's renewal tool will have a very similar look and feel to previous iterations with only minor changes. Chapter officers completing the renewal should find it quick and painless. The process should take 15 minutes or less to complete if all the chapter's information is ready to go.

The renewal will pull current chapter information and allow users to make changes as needed for the upcoming year. It is important to ensure this information is as accurate as possible since this data is used to keep chapter leaders notified about programming, benefits, and other important information. This is also used to keep chapter contact information up to date online so prospective members can contact the chapter. Chapters will have the option to pay with a credit card or send a check as always. In addition, the chapter's renewal information can be saved as a PDF.
