Chapters are truly the grass roots of our EAA organization. Having nearly 900 chapters worldwide, chapters are full of engaged EAA members who participate in the many programs EAA offers. If you have a passion for EAA and have a desire to share ideas and initiatives that could help improve EAA and all chapters, holding a seat on the EAA Chapter Advisory Council (CAC) may be a good fit for you.
The Chapter Advisory Council represents and promotes the interests of EAA chapters by providing advice and counsel to EAA staff on chapter support and direction. This includes seeking out avenues to promote recruitment, training, support, appreciation, direction, and to properly recognize EAA Chapters and their members.
The members of the council are representative of our chapter leadership base and are approved by the EAA Chairman and the VP of member programs. Council member terms are three years, and the council meets annually in Oshkosh in addition to monthly teleconferences.
