Submit your aviation related event by filling out the form below. Please be sure to include and verify your contact information in the event that we have questions about your event prior to publishing it in our calendar.
The event will be activated in the calendar listing within 2 business days, and will not immediately display on the website. Please plan accordingly.
Once an event has been submitted, you will be unable to change it, so please be sure to proof read your event before submitting. For any changes to an event, such as time or date, please contact EAA membership services at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 920-426-5912 and we will make an update to it. Please give the name and date of the event you want changed at the time of your request.
To ensure consistency across all events, please follow these guidelines:
Refrain from using all caps, military time, and bullet points in titles and descriptions
Please enter a start and end date
Properly capitalize each necessary word in your title, and proofread for grammatical errors
FOR RECURRING EVENTS: Submit one event form for each individual event date. For example, if there is a recurring event such as a monthly meeting on the second Saturday of each month from March to September, then each Saturday event must have its own event submission. There will be an option to create a recurring event once you've submitted the first one.
When submitting a “Monthly Meeting” or “Fly-In” event, please use your chapter’s number to help distinguish events with similar event titles for different chapters. For example, “Chapter 5 Monthly Meeting” or “Chapter 2 Fly-In”
You must be logged in to your EAA.org account to submit an event.
