October 6, 2016 - The International Festivals and Events Association awarded EAA with two gold, two silver, and two bronze Pinnacle Awards for its promotion and merchandising work for the 2016 EAA AirVenture Oshkosh fly-in.

“EAA AirVenture Oshkosh is a world-class event, so its promotional efforts and merchandise aims to reflect the high standards maintained by our members, volunteers, and guests,” said Jack J. Pelton, EAA CEO and chairman of the board. “We greatly appreciate the IFEA national recognition, as it shows the creativity and dedication of EAA’s staff. We congratulate everyone involved in the work that led to these awards.”

EAA accepted Gold Pinnacle Awards for best promotional photograph and best event hat, Silver Pinnacle Awards for promotional photograph and event T-shirt, and Bronze Pinnacle Awards for event T-shirt and miscellaneous merchandise.
