EAA B-25 Restoration Work Parties

A new weekend work party for chapters

February 2017 - EAA is in the process of restoring its B-25 Berlin Express to flight status. Chapter 237, based at Anoka County-Blaine Airport (ANE) in Minnesota, is spearheading the effort. You can register online if some of your chapter members would like to join in on a weekend work party.

Our B-25 was used in the filming of the movie Catch-22, and we will be re-creating the paint scheme Berlin Express used in the movie.

We are limited to 15 volunteers. No experience is necessary. EAA will provide housing and meals. We just ask that you be willing to work on both days (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday).

We will provide confirmation via e-mail after processing your application.

Kirk Fjetland of Chapter 237 is leading these sessions. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to e-mail Kirk at fjetfamily@msn.com.
