The International Peace Garden Airport in Rolette County, North Dakota, has taxiways from the Canadian side of the border, although most of the airport and facilities are clearly in North Dakota. It is an airport of entry for both Canadian and American aircraft with fewer than 15 seats. The Canadian taxiways are in need of some attention and expansion on that side of the border, but there are no funds available, and apparently nobody seems to be willing to step up and take responsibility for the Canadian aspects of the use of this airport.

Description

This lack of funding is not urgent, but hopefully someone can step up at the last moment and take care of this. Hopefully, this article will encourage those of you who can step up, to do so.

You can find out more about the airport here.
