Getting Ready for the Season of Flying and Air Shows?

It seems that we’re through the worst of the winter weather, but who knows? Many of you will spend time with other pilots during the winter months but not so much as in our active summers.

One bright spark to kick off our season is the SUN ‘n FUN show in Lakeland, Florida. For those who overwinter in Florida and those who just want to head south for a quick visit, why not try SUN ‘n FUN? It’s a great way to start the season off. For those of you who may not know this, our Canadian newsletter can be subscribed to by any EAA member even if they don’t live in Canada, just as Canadians can sign up for newsletters with other topics. When you submit something for the newsletter, just be aware that it will go to any Bits and Pieces subscriber wherever they are. You do have an international audience. Additionally, if the content is of interest to other avation groups within the EAA editorial mandate, it may also be included on other topic relevant EAA subscriber lists. I mention this because we did have one writer who didn’t like his contribution to our newsletter going out of our country, so just know that we don’t make the rules about who can subscribe. We do have subscribers in the United States, Europe, Australia, and anywhere else that has EAA members.
