As AirVenture 2026 approaches, we are starting to starting to fill up the database for camping at our preferred site we lovingly know as “Little Canada.” Many of you joined us in previous years and had a great time.
The process this year is the same except for the requirement of more details about your travel vehicle and camping equipment. This allows me to more precisely position everyone. If you want to join us, you can contact me at chapters.EAACC@gmail.com and I will send you a PDF with full explanation of how it all works, including an active link to the sign-up form. If you have joined us before or do not need the informational PDF, you can go directly to the form using the following link,. as you know what to expect: Little Canada Camping Sign-up.
Please feel free to pass the link out to any Canadian wanting to join us at AirVenture 2026.
Please don’t leave this to the last minute as I need to have payment made to EAA by June 14. EAA will stake out our site by July 10, after which I will give a Zoom presentation with a Q&A session at the end.
In addition to camping in Little Canada in Camp Scholler, the Canadian Council offers a complimentary BBQ on Sunday, July 19, at around 5 p.m. where you can meet other Canadians attending AirVenture. The last three years saw as many as 150 BBQ attendees. You do not need to be camping with us to qualify for the complimentary BBQ, and many of the participants from last year were camping in hotels or under the wings of their aircraft. We look forward to meeting everyone. Remember, you can contact me, Phillip Johnson, at chapters.eaacc@gmail.com.
