Tom Poberezny to Speak at Special Poberezny House Tour

July 23, 2018 - Former EAA President Tom Poberezny will host an informal presentation on the organization’s history followed by a Q&A in the backyard of Paul and Audrey Poberezny’s longtime home on Wednesday, July 25, at 1 p.m. Tours of the former Poberezny home will be taking place throughout the week.

The residence is currently owned and being preserved by Jim Irwin and Aircraft Spruce & Specialty. Tom will speak about the founding of EAA, initial efforts at staging an annual convention, milestones in the organization’s history, and key features of the former home.

Tour participants are asked to register in advance at www.EAA.org/propertytour, and shuttles are provided from the EAA Aviation Museum lobby.
