Runners under the age of 18 by the day of the race require approval from a parent or guardian to participate. By completing the form below the listed parent or guardian is giving approval for the runner.

Participation waivers for the race will be sent out to all registrants as soon as they are available. A completed participation waiver must be sent back to EAA electronically or handed in at packet pick-up prior to starting the race. Anyone who does not have a completed waiver on file will not be allowed to participate.
