Apps, Guides, and Text to Help You Navigate AirVenture

July 21, 2018 - Welcome to Oshkosh — your home away from home for the next several days of aviation fun. Whether it’s your first visit to EAA’s annual fly-in convention or your 66th, there’s much to see and do, and EAA offers several resources to help you make the most of your time here.

For the most up-to-date schedule information, download EAA’s 2018 AirVenture app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. The app contains interactive maps; a complete schedule of forums, workshops, and events; tram routes; services; and more. You’ll be able to plan out your day by creating a personal schedule, as well as create a list of exhibitors you’d like to visit while you’re here. The app lets you easily filter and search events, attractions, visitor services, speakers, and destinations so you can find exactly what you’re looking for.

A printed Official Visitor and Camper’s Guide is also available at several locations on the grounds including all gates and the EAA AirVenture Welcome Center. The guide includes camping policies, information on a variety of services available on the grounds, an exhibitor list, maps, and local advertising.

Last, but not least, be sure to sign up for EAA’s text alert offerings. To stay up to date with AirVenture features and attractions, text OSHFUN to 69050. For weather alerts text OSHALERT to 69050. Alerts can be canceled at any time, and message and data rates may apply.
