One of the most popular ways to experience EAA AirVenture Oshkosh is to camp, whether it’s drive-in camping in Camp Scholler or setting up your tent under the wing of your own airplane.
You’re located right on the AirVenture grounds and a part of the unique community of aviation enthusiasts.
Pre-Opening Day

Hours of Operation:
Gates to open at 7 a.m. — All individuals with camping units wishing to stay overnight on the ramp until 7 a.m. on opening day, Friday, June 26, will be directed by EAA staff to a designated area to be staged.

Camper Registration Hours
Friday 06/26: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday 06/27 - Sunday 07/12: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Monday 07/13 - Saturday 07/25: 6 a.m. - 11 p.m.
Sunday 07/26: 6 a.m. - 12 p.m.
A three-day minimum is required and at least one person in your party must be an EAA member.
Express Arrival camping check-in will allow you to enter the campground through the Gray Lot with a scan of your bar-coded ticket, and head to your campsite. Look for directional signage when you arrive. This is the safest and quickest way to enter Camp Scholler!
